So two Saturdays ago we went to the Palo Verde (you may know it as the PV or the dirty verde, ha) to check out punk rock karaoke. While I was too chicken, I thought the idea was great. There was a live band, the Relics, who were playing and you could be lead singer for a song. The coffin draggers roller derby team hosted it, hopefully they do it again and I can bring Alice or Kat, they've both sang in bands so they wouldn't be scared like me.
